A 23-year-old motorcyclist had to surrender his driver's license and motorcycle in the Bregenzerwald on Sunday. The German had overtaken a civilian patrol and accelerated to 152 km/h in a 60 km/h zone and drove over restricted areas, the police said on Monday.
