[NHK] Hideyoshi (Sosuke Ikematsu), determined to become a ruler of the world, heads to Kiyosu Castle with Koichiro (Taiga Nakano) to participate in the evaluation that will decide the successor of the Oda family. Koichiro visits his senior vassals and tries to find out who they plan to recommend as Nadai. Meanwhile, Hideyoshi meets the exhausted Ichi (Aoi Miyazaki) and asks him to do something in private. As each person's thoughts are confused, Hideyoshi calls together only his senior retainers, including Katsuie (Makiya Yamaguchi), on the eve of the appraisal, and announces that he would like to have a discussion without members of the Oda family.
