North Korean troops violated the Military Demarcation Line (MDL) and our military fired warning shots. It is reported that this is the first warning shot fired due to North Korean military intrusion this year. The Joint Chiefs of Staff announced on the 16th, “North Korean troops recently violated the Military Demarcation Line on the Eastern Front, and our military fired warning shots in accordance with operational procedures.”
