Moroccans living abroad, co-owners of residences in Fnideq, are multiplying complaints against the deterioration observed in their homes. They have referred the matter to the pasha and the governor, but in vain. They have also referred the matter to the Kingdom's mediator following the arrest of the Ombudsman.
