The Supreme Court of Mozambique convicted the former Deputy Commander General of the Police of the Republic of Mozambique, Fernando Francisco Tsucana, for the practice of two crimes of defamation committed against civil society activist Fátima Mimbire and politician Manuel de Araújo.
