The retirement system is a structure that enables employees in Türkiye to obtain social security and income after reaching a certain age and number of premium days. Recently, gradual retirement, early retirement opportunities and new regulations that will bring radical changes to the system, especially for those insured after 2000, have attracted great attention as they are on the agenda.
