[Reporter Xu Haoting / Taipei] The "2026 Dadaocheng Summer Festival" kicks off at Dadaocheng Pier! The Taipei Department of Information and Tourism stated that this year's event has teamed up with the internationally popular superstar 'Spider-Man' to create a cross-industry summer highlight. Spider-Man will be presented with Taipei's city imagery through drone performances, perfectly interwoven with dazzling fireworks. Tonight (the 5th), a fireworks show will be launched, with the duration significantly increased from 6 minutes in previous years to 8 minutes. Centered around the three main themes of 'creativity, craftsmanship, and romance,' it combines shaped fireworks, crossed fan-shaped fireworks, and craft-grade eight-core fireworks to showcase artistic effects, as well as the long-suspended weeping willow fireworks.
