The Chinese white dolphin is approaching the northern waters of Taiwan. Affected by the typhoon's peripheral circulation, a tornado is suspected to appear in Tamsui, New Taipei. Some netizens detailed in a Facebook group that Tamsui posted a video in which a suspected tornado could be seen moving in the urban area. Another netizen posted that a big tree was uprooted, causing wires to catch fire and cause an explosion. Fortunately, no casualties have been reported.
