Whether to issue a land warning still depends on the later path and the size of the storm circle. According to the latest "120-hour typhoon probability" released by the Meteorological Administration in the afternoon, four counties and cities including Lianjiang County, Keelung City, Taipei City, and New Taipei City exceeded 40%.
