Many patients with high blood pressure are accustomed to taking daily walks and brisk walks to control their blood pressure, but the effect may not be significant. Rehabilitation physician Wang Junping recently cited research from top international medical journals and pointed out that the exercise with the most prominent blood pressure lowering effect may not require running or long-term jumping at all. Studies have shown that by simply leaning against a wall and performing "Wall Sit" (Wall Sit), after several weeks of regular training, the average systolic blood pressure can be reduced by more than 8mmHg. The blood pressure reduction effect even exceeds that of jogging, swimming and high-intensity interval training (HIIT).
