MOSCOW, Aug 17 (Reuters) - The ruble continued to decline in Monday's trading due to an imbalance in the domestic market, where demand for currency exceeds supply, experts say, expecting a correction only with an increase in export sales of currency for the payment of taxes at the end of the month.
