An employee is a type of labor contract signed between an employee and an agency or organization, in which the employee is recruited to serve a certain period of time. Although it is unclear why the officer is becoming popular, it may have something to do with recent changes in government labor or recruitment policies. Officers are often employed in fields such as education, healthcare and research, where the need for human resources is stable and long-term.
